Rough Housers
Ages 8-10
This fitness class for ages 8-10 is designed to get your kids tired with a 15-25 minute high intensity workout, followed by sparring/"Rough Housing" with fellow classmates and even Instructor Lopez! It's a great way to keep them active and engaged while also allowing them to socialize and have fun. With a perfect balance of exercise and play, this class will nurture your boy's inner warrior, provide confidence, and ready him to take on the world. So let your little one(s) join in on the fun and get their hearts pumping!
Gear Requirements
As a Rough Houser, it will be mandatory to have some gear in your possession. Things can get wild, but it's ok... so are YOU! 😀
MMA GLOVES (Mandatory)
Boxing Gloves (optional)
Head gear (Mandatory)
Mouth guard (Mandatory)
Shin pads (optional)
Chest pads (optional)
You can acquire whatever spar gear you feel necessary to help you train.
Ages 11-13
The fitness class is designed to push participants to their limits with 15-20 minutes of intense workouts, preparing them for the sparring session that follows. The sparring will take place at different stations, each with its own set of rules and challenges, ultimately shaping the participants into more well-rounded and skilled warriors. This class aims to mold individuals into strong and resilient fighters, capable of facing any challenge that comes their way. Through a combination of intense physical training and strategic sparring, participants will emerge as a more complete and formidable force.

As a Young Gun, you will begin your initiation into the freedom to decide what you will use during your training. However, it will be mandatory to have some gear in your possession.

WARRIOR
Ages: High School - Adult
Come join our fitness class for an exhilarating workout! Our class starts with 15-20 minutes of high intensity exercises to get your heart pumping and muscles working. After that, we focus on sparring for the rest of the time, with various stations offering different challenges and rules. We also conduct small debrief sessions for fellow warriors to provide feedback or ask questions about the challenges they are facing. This unique approach will help you become a more well-rounded warrior, improving both your physical and mental strength. Don't miss out on this dynamic workout experience!
