Rough Housers
Ages 8-13 (Boys+Girls)
This class is for ages 8-13 and is designed to get your kids tired with a 15-25 minute high intensity workout, followed by a self-defense/combat lesson, and then sparring/"Rough Housing" with fellow classmates and even Instructor Lopez! It's a great way to keep them active and engaged while having some fun. Instructor Lopez will conduct short debrief sessions to allow rough housers to provide feedback or ask questions about the challenges they are facing. This unique approach will help them become more well-rounded, improving both their physical and mental strength. With a perfect balance of exercise and play, this class will nurture your child's inner warrior, provide confidence, and ready him/her to take on the world. So let your little one(s) join in on the fun and get their hearts pumping!
Gear Requirements
As a Rough Houser, it will be mandatory to have some gear in your possession. Things can get wild, but it's ok... so are YOU! 😀
MMA GLOVES (Mandatory)

Head gear (Mandatory)
Mouth guard (Mandatory)
Shin pads (optional)
Chest pads (optional)
You can acquire whatever spar gear you feel necessary to help you train.




WARRIOR
Ages: 14 - Adult (Men ONLY)
Come join our fitness and self-defense class! Each class starts with a 15-20 minute fitness warm-up to get your heart pumping and muscles working. After that, we focus on a skill and then spar for the remainder of time, with various stations offering different challenges and rules. We also conduct short debrief sessions for participants to provide feedback or ask questions about the challenges they are facing. This unique approach will help you become a more well-rounded warrior, improving both your physical and mental strength.

VALKYRIE
Ages: 14 - Adult (Women ONLY)
Come join our fitness and self-defense class! Our class starts with a 15-20 minute fitness warm-up to get your heart pumping and blood flowing. After that, we focus on a skill and then spar for the remainder of time, with various stations offering different challenges and rules. We also conduct small debrief sessions where you are given an opportunity to provide feedback or ask questions about the challenges you are facing. This unique approach will help you become a more well-rounded Valkyrie, improving both your physical and mental strength.

Class sizes are limited to 15 participants for each class type. Classes are 60 minutes and consist of a fitness warm-up followed by instruction and then sparring for the remaining of the class time. Each participant will experience a variety of combat trials to explore and test their skills within the given scenario.
There are no monthly subscriptions, or guaranteed spots at this time. It is a first come, first served basis. You can register for your class here online via the "Register" tab and attend on the specified date and time of your training.
