What We Are About

Explore techniques that forge resilience and strength in every individual. Forge your inner warrior through repetition and fitness iterations for a complete transformation.

Class sizes are limited to 15 male participants for each age group. Classes are 60 minutes and consist of a HIIT workout and then sparring for the remaining of the class time. Each participant will experience a variety of combat trials to explore and test their skills within the given scenario.

There are no monthly subscriptions, or guaranteed spots at this time. It is a first come, first served basis. You can register for your class here online via GOOGLE DOC and attend on the specified date and time of your training.

Warrior Crucible does not participate in a belt system, but rather seeks to accompany men, young and old alike, in their journey and aid in forging them into more complete warrior sentinels within their family and/or communities. Everyone is on an equal playing field here.

Also, there is not a specific style, art or discipline we subscribe to. It doesn't matter if you practice Jiu Jitsu, Muay Thai, Boxing, Taekwondo, Kung Fu or Tae Bo. The purpose in this program is to provide you with a work out and then enter you into the Crucible to pressure test your skills and combat technique. There is no judgement on your combat style, but the question is- "Does it work?" We work in a controlled environment, but we go to war mentally and physically. So if you practice 'Bullshido', being exposed is a guarantee.... but you're still welcomed to attend.

There will be very brief moments during the class where we will perform a 'debrief'. Taking time to ask questions such as: "What's working? What's not working? What can I do when they...?" Etc... You get the point.

The instructor can assist as a guide during the forging process of an individuals combat technique, but the main goal is to test the heart and encourage men, young and old, to rise to challenge that is set before them.

Warrior Crucible is exactly what the name says. Crucible can be defined as a situation of severe trial, or in which different elements interact, leading to the creation of something new. That something "new" is a new YOU--A more complete Warrior who has gone through trials to become a more perfect defender of neighbors and loved ones.

Remember...

True WARRIORS are not ones who hate what is in front of them, but rather fight because they love who is behind them....

Stay Frosty and I'll look for you at the Crucible!

Instructor Lopez

Instructor Lopez is Founder and CEO of Warrior Crucible. Having nearly three decades of experience, Lopez has become a well rounded fighter. He has achieved in becoming a "2nd Degree Black Belt Instructor" under the M.A.S.T.E.R. System in Baltimore, MD and also a certified Instructor with MASADA Tactical In Severna Park, MD. He has served as a Senior Pastor in White Marsh, MD for 8 years before moving his family to Kinard FL.

Although these are all achievements, Lopez has grown to draw the lines between physical battle and the battle in the mind.

"Belts and accolades do not define someone..."

"We train the heart... not the art."

"Men need an outlet to be Men..."

Lopez has come to the understanding of the above statements and has begun a quest to pour into fellow men and young men in their pursuit of wholehearted masculinity. It is far too often that we see the conflicts within someone be displayed out on the mat. Whether it be overaggressive or running from conflict, it all comes out on the mat.

Lopez has started Warrior Crucible with the mission and belief that everyone has a Warrior within them, we just need to extract it out. Warrior Crucible is a self development program THROUGH the arena of self-defense seeking to extract the inner warrior within the participant. Unlocking the sentinel and forging a stronger son and man.

Stronger boys make stronger sons.

Stronger sons make stronger men.

Stronger men make stronger husbands.

Stronger husbands make stronger fathers.

Stronger fathers make stronger leaders.

Stronger leaders make stronger communities.

Stronger communities make stronger counties.

Stronger counties make stronger regions.

Stronger regions make stronger states.

This list can go on and on.

Instructor Lopez has a heart to serve and a desire to see other flourish and succeed, both physically and spiritually.
